We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
- Ensure efficient inventory management processes.
- Manage the client schedule to prevent clashes and ensure on-time delivery.
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Perform quality controls and monitor the team's KPIs.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Develop initiatives to improve the quality of customer service.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as an operations manager.
- Proven work experience as an operations manager or similar role

Remuneration: N400,000
Location: Lekki Phase One, Lagos, Nigeria.
Work Hours: 9 am - 5 am, Monday-Friday; 10 am - 1 pm, Saturday.
