Operations Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Must reside in Lagos , Nigeria

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, drive revenue, supervise staff, and ensure efficient execution across all business units.

Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of practical experience in:

> Property Sales

> Property Rentals & Leasing

> Property Management

> Property Development.

> Proven record of closing real estate transactions.

> Experience leading a team and managing operations.

> Strong negotiation and business development skills.

> Excellent written and verbal communication.

> High level of professionalism and integrity.

Skills & Competencies
