Are you a driven operations leader who thrives on solving complex logistics puzzles at scale? We're looking for an Operations Manager to own and elevate our last-mile delivery and fulfillment operations for one of Abuja's fastest-growing food and grocery delivery platforms.

What You'll Own

📦 Drive end-to-end fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations across Abuja

👥 Recruit, train, and lead a large fleet of delivery riders and operations staff

⚡ Design and scale dispatch, routing, and fulfillment workflows to hit industry-leading on-time delivery rates

🤝 Build and manage strategic relationships with restaurant partners, grocery stores, and dark stores/micro-fulfillment centers

📊 Own key operational KPIs — completion rate, cost per delivery, rider productivity — and drive continuous improvement

💻 Partner with Tech to optimize routing algorithms, rider apps, and operational tools

🛡️ Set and enforce safety, compliance, and food-handling standards

📈 Manage costs while scaling capacity through peak demand periods

🔧 Lead automation and operational excellence initiatives

🚨 Take charge of crisis management and high-stakes escalations

What We Offer

💰 ₦200,000 – ₦250,000/month (₦200,000 base + performance-based incentives)

🏢 Hybrid arrangement — 3 days on-site per week

📍 Location: Abuja, FCT
