Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily dispatch operations within Enugu State
- Monitor rider activity and service quality on the platform
- Support rider onboarding, verification coordination, and compliance
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalations
- Coordinate with Customer Support on complaints and disputes
- Track operational metrics and submit regular performance reports
- Enforce platform policies and operational standards
- Liaise with local stakeholders and rider communities
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
