The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily business activities, supervising staff, managing customer and vendor relationships, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring smooth operational performance across the company. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities of the business
- Manage delivery operations and ensure timely order fulfillment
- Supervise and coordinate staff performance
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
- Use CRM software and operational tools to manage customer records and workflow
- Generate operational reports and performance insights
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Track KPIs and maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Train and onboard new staff when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Proven experience in operations management, logistics, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and business management software
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Google Workspace)
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or delivery services is an added advantage
- Ability to analyze operational data and make informed decisions
