Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager position located in Victoria Island at decor House. Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving business processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the talent. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of operational strategies and systems, team management, data analysis to drive decision-making, and collaboration with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills, with experience in project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in team management, collaboration, and communication to foster productive working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and use insights to optimize operations and support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications considered a plus.
- Previous experience in operational roles, preferably within consulting or business development environments, would be beneficial.
