Operations Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, installation, maintenance, and overall operations of our billboard and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising projects. The successful candidate will ensure seamless campaign delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all billboard and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising projects.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation, maintenance, replacement, and removal of billboard advertising structures and campaign materials.
- Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on schedule, and in line with client specifications.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Client Service teams to ensure smooth campaign handovers and execution.
- Manage installation crews, technicians, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of billboard sites to ensure structural integrity, cleanliness, visibility, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and government requirements.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.
- Manage inventory of printing materials, installation equipment, tools, and operational assets.
- Prepare operational budgets and monitor project costs to ensure profitability.
- Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
- Generate periodic operational reports, project updates, and performance metrics for management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management, preferably within the media, advertising, outdoor advertising, construction, or signage industry.
- Proven experience managing billboard or Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising operations is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project planning and coordination abilities.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
