Operations Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end operations of our film, movie, and entertainment business. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of both creative production workflows and operational execution.

Responsibilities:
Operations & Production Management:
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes across film and entertainment projects—from pre-production to post-production and release.
- Translate creative concepts into executable operational plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate daily operations across departments, including creative, production, technical, finance, and administration.
- Ensure smooth execution of shoots, rehearsals, productions, and events.
Project & Resource Management:
- Develop and manage production schedules, workflows, and deliverables.
- Allocate and optimize resources, including crew, equipment, locations, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
- Prepare, manage, and track production budgets and operational costs.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining production quality.
- Approve operational expenditures in line with agreed budgets.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Serve as the central point of coordination between directors, producers, creatives, technical teams, and external partners.
- Manage vendors, service providers, and production partners.
- Support talent and crew logistics, contracts, and scheduling.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, permits, insurance, and health & safety standards.
- Implement tools and systems that improve operational efficiency.
Post-Production & Delivery:
- Oversee post-production operations, including editing, sound, visuals, and final delivery.
- Coordinate distribution timelines and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations or production management within the film, movie, TV, or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows, production cycles, and operational logistics.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent budgeting, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Proficiency in production management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
