Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all service units
Drive operational efficiency across hospitality, facility management, Oil & Gas, and maritime services
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
Manage operational budgets, resources, and timelines
Coordinate logistics, workforce deployment, and client service execution
Identify process gaps and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, especially in Oil & Gas and maritime operations
Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for management
Work closely with senior management to align operations with business strategy

Requirements:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably across multiple industries
Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, maritime, or facility operations is an added advantage
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Experience in process improvement and performance management
