Job summary
We are looking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Oversee day-to-day operations covering power equipment maintenance and rental services.
- Manage generator deployment processes, including site supervision, installation, and retrieval.
- Ensure effective quality control, safety standards, and service excellence across all operational activities.
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and vendor management, ensuring timely availability of equipment and spare parts.
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor turnaround time for maintenance, repairs, and deployments, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with logistics providers, mechanics, parts suppliers, and rental partners.
- Track operational performance using data and reports to support continuous improvement.
- Lead and supervise operational teams, ensuring productivity, accountability, and collaboration.
- Proven experience in the power industry (mandatory).
- Strong and established vendor network, including logistics, mechanics, spare parts suppliers, and rental partners.
- Demonstrated experience managing maintenance operations, rentals, logistics, and procurement coordination.
- Ability to develop and implement SOPs and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of site operations, generator deployment, and supervision.
- Highly structured, data-driven, and detail-oriented.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
