Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all outlets.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and HSE standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and outlet teams.
- Monitor inventory, labour, and food costs.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvement initiatives.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 5 Years of previous experience in a similar role
