Operations Manager
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, which includes both Quick Service and Fine Dining sections. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high food and service standards, and optimizing operational efficiency across both dining formats. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and ensure that all departments work together to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Operations Manager will also monitor sales performance, manage operational costs, and implement strategies to improve service quality, speed, and overall restaurant profitability. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage the fast-paced environment of quick service while maintaining the refined service standards expected in fine dining.

- Oversee daily restaurant operations across Quick Service and Fine Dining sections.
- Ensure consistent high-quality food, service, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and kitchen staff.
- Implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and service speed.
- Monitor inventory, food cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
- Train, mentor, and schedule staff to maintain optimal performance.
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery professionally.
- Work with management to increase revenue and improve profitability.
- Maintain proper opening, closing, and operational procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years experience in restaurant management or operations.
- Experience managing both quick service and fine dining operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and restaurant compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and inventory management.
