Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of operational staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in budget planning, cost control measures, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, including analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSC
- Proven experience in operations management or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools
