Job summary
We’re seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operations Lead to oversee real estate operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure efficiency across sales, rentals, construction, and land portfolios. The role requires strong market insight, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across property sales, lettings, and short-term rentals
- Identify and close high-value deals (residential & commercial)
- Drive overall revenue performance
Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Lead, supervise, and mentor team members
- Ensure efficiency across all operational areas
Process & System Development:
- Create and implement SOPs, templates, and workflows
- Improve systems for transactions, client onboarding, and marketing
- Drive operational efficiency and scalability
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships to expand portfolio
- Support growth across multiple locations
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and regulators
- Engage industry bodies and key partners
- Ensure strong client experience and retention
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and opportunities
- Leverage tools and technology for marketing and sales
- Provide insights to guide business decisions
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage risks across transactions and operations
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Track KPIs and business performance
- Prepare reports and present insights to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate operations/management
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership and team management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Business and financial acumen
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in real estate tools and technology
- Results-driven with “get-it-done” mindset
- High integrity and accountability
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and lead effectively
Preferred:
- Professional certification in real estate or a related field
- Experience in construction/project management
- Strong industry network in Lagos real estate
Compensation and Benefits:
- Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 monthly
