Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & HR Manager to oversee all internal office operations and personnel. This role focuses on leadership, accountability, policy enforcement, and performance management across all departments. The Operations & HR Manager acts as the owner’s representative in the office, ensuring employees understand, follow, and uphold company policies, SOPs, and performance standards. Structured training will be provided.

- Supervise daily operations across all office departments
- Enforce discipline, consistency, and accountability
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and professional conduct
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and employee management
- Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Track KPIs, enforce SOP compliance, and drive process improvement
- Serve as the primary escalation point for office-related matters
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in operations, HR, or people leadership
- Strong hiring, training, and team management skills
- Ability to enforce rules and handle sensitive HR matters
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred)
- Training Month (First Month): NGN 100,000
- Post-Training Salary: NGN 250,000 monthly (Basic)
