Operations & HR Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized Operations & HR Manager to oversee all internal office operations and personnel. This role focuses on leadership, accountability, policy enforcement, and performance management across all departments. The Operations & HR Manager acts as the owner’s representative in the office, ensuring employees understand, follow, and uphold company policies, SOPs, and performance standards. Structured training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations across all office departments.
- Enforce discipline, consistency, and accountability.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and professional conduct.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and employee management.
- Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Track KPIs, enforce SOP compliance, and drive process improvement.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for office-related matters.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in operations, HR, or people leadership.
- Strong hiring, training, and team management skills.
- Ability to enforce rules and handle sensitive HR matters.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resident of Alimosho LGA (preferred).
Benefits:
- Training Month (First Month): ₦100,000.
- Probation Period (Next 3 Months): ₦250,000 monthly (Basic).
- Post-Probation Salary: ₦300,000 monthly basic salary(Subject to successful performance evaluation).
Work Mode:
- First 3 Months (Training & Transition Period): 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (WAT).
- After First 3 Months: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (WAT).
