Job summary

We are a UK-based company building a Property Compliance and Health and Safety software for the UK property management sector, including properties for the regulated social care sector. Our goal is to simplify complex regulatory compliance and help landlords and property managers comply with various regulatory property compliance requirements.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Product Cleanup & Readiness:
  • Review the current app (web/mobile) for content improvements, UI/UX glitches, and content errors.
  • Create and manage a cleanup checklist: duplicate records, broken flows, dummy data removal, compliance checklist accuracy.
  • Document issues clearly for the development team and follow up on fixes
  • Develop and maintain user guides and release notes


Digital Marketing & Market Preparation:

  • Develop and execute low-cost digital marketing campaigns targeting the UK market
  • Manage social media channels with UK-relevant compliance tips and product updates.
  • Write short case studies, email sequences, and landing page copy tailored to UK social care pain points.
  • Track leads, engagement, and conversion

Independent Project Management:

  • Work independently to prioritise tasks between cleanup and marketing.
  • Provide a weekly written update and video call with founders.
  • Proactively suggest pivots or improvements based on user feedback or market signals.


Requirements:

  • Based in Nigeria with their own devices, reliable internet connection, and power supply.
  • Preferably proven experience working with a UK-based company (remotely or on-site) or completed a degree / postgraduate study in the UK.
  • Strong written and spoken English: able to write marketing and technical documentation for a UK audience.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing (social media management, email campaigns, basic SEO or ads).
  • Ability to learn new software tools quickly 
  • Highly organised and self-disciplined, you will not be micro-managed.
