Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Operations Executive role based in Ikeja. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day travel operations, including coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services. This role will involve monitoring itineraries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to clients. The Operations Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes, manage vendor relationships, and maintain high service standards. The role also includes updating operational documentation, tracking key performance metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of procedures and customer experience.

What we are looking for:

Experience: 1–2 years in a travel agency environment OR 3+ years in a core customer service role.

Education: Minimum of a University/HND degree.

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is essential (Knowledge of Galileo or Sabre is an added advantage).

Core Competencies: Strong communication, active problem-solving, exceptional time management, and a calm approach to handling operational obstacles.

The Offer:

Role Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Remuneration: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 gross monthly (dependent on experience and qualifications)
