The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in staff management, customer service excellence, a passion for the wellness industry, and experience in social media content creation.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of salon, spa, and gym professionals.
- Create staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift rotations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues.
- Motivate and foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Customer Service:
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout all areas of Ella's Place.
- Implement strategies to build strong client relationships and promote repeat business.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels for salon, spa, and gym supplies.
- Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline processes.
- Manage sales, appointments, bookings, and maintain accurate records.
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment for employees and client
Sales and Marketing:
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Develop promotional campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Track sales data and analyze trends.
Social Media Content Creation
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the Ella's Place brand.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, short-form text posts) that highlights services, promotions, and the unique atmosphere of Ella's Place.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the health, beauty, or fitness industry.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Experience in social media content creation, including photography/videography and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of salon/spa/gym management software would be a plus.
