Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Staff Management:

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of salon, spa, and gym professionals.
• Create staff schedules, assign duties, and manage shift rotations.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and address performance issues.
• Motivate and foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Customer Service:

• Ensure the highest standards of customer service throughout all areas of Ella's Place.
• Implement strategies to build strong client relationships and promote repeat business.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally

Operational Efficiency:

• Monitor and optimize inventory levels for salon, spa, and gym supplies.
• Develop and implement efficient operational procedures to streamline processes.
• Manage sales, appointments, bookings, and maintain accurate records.
• Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and ensure a safe environment for employees and client

Sales and Marketing:

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Develop promotional campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Track sales data and analyze trends.

Social Media Content Creation

• Develop and execute a social media content strategy that aligns with the Ella's Place brand.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (images, videos, short-form text posts) that highlights services, promotions, and the unique atmosphere of Ella's Place.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the health, beauty, or fitness industry.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience in social media content creation, including photography/videography and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of salon/spa/gym management software would be a plus.
