- Regulatory Compliance & Training: Ensure strict adherence to retail laws that’s affects customers.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of product, share reports, implement inventory processes and coordinate with the supervisor for timely replenishment.
- Operational Security & Safety: Manage store operations.
- Performance Reporting: Manage and submit reports on sales rep activities
- Site Maintenance & Standards: Conduct regular audits to ensure the outlet meets high standards of cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational maintenance
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
