Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and support the efficient running of business operations. Responsibilities:
Staff Coordination:
- Recruiting and training outlet staff
- Establish outlet employees' KPIs, schedules, and policies
- Ensure staff comply with all health and safety regulations
General Operations:
- Manage all operations to the highest standards
- Design menus with the Creative Director and ensure all outlets are in line with these menus
- Create reports regarding sales and productivity, and give recommendations accordingly.
- Coordinate supplies ordering and delivery for store operations
- Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance
Customer service:
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to concerns
Requirements:
- Monitoring and training staff to ensure uniformity in service and presentation across all outlets
- Ensure the company is represented correctly and standards are upheld
- Supervising the coordination of daily front and backend operations of all outlets
- Assist with all internal and external Admin-related inquiries or requests.
- Supervise all outlet maintenance
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and maintain agendas.
- Assist with training sessions and seminars.
- Assist with ad-hoc Admin projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
- Supervising the delivery of stock to outlets
- Liaising with the bakery and delivery staff to ensure smooth operations and delivery of goods.
