Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team on location in Lekki. As an Operations Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and efficiency of processes. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining administrative records, and supporting customer service initiatives to meet and exceed satisfaction goals. You will collaborate with multiple teams and provide operational support to achieve our business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to maintain seamless operational workflows.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize operational efficiency.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members, suppliers, and customers.
• Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational abilities to manage time and resources efficiently.
• Previous experience in a similar capacity is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
