Operations & Business Development Manager
Job summary
We are looking for an Operations & Business Development Manager based in Kano to support the day-to-day execution, user onboarding, client relationship management, and growth of our technology products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-moving technology company, take ownership of operations, engage with clients, and help scale digital products from early adoption to growth.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Support the daily operations of SewTrack products
- Coordinate onboarding and rollout activities
- Act as a bridge between clients and the product/technology team
- Track usage, issues, and operational performance
- Identify and onboard new users and clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Build and manage relationships with partners and institutions
- Support growth initiatives and expansion activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing usage
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Manage feedback, issues, and escalations professionally
- Gather structured feedback from users
- Identify adoption challenges and opportunities
- Communicate insights to internal teams to support product improvement
- 2–5 years of experience in, Operations, Business development, Client or account management, Technology-enabled services
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to explain digital products clearly
- Self-driven and execution-focused
- Strong Advantage: Based in Kano, Fluent in Hausa
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, or digital products
- Comfortable working in an early-stage or growth environment
- Smooth execution of onboarding and rollout activities
- Strong client relationships established
- Clear understanding of user needs and usage patterns
