Job summary

We are looking for an Operations & Business Development Manager based in Kano to support the day-to-day execution, user onboarding, client relationship management, and growth of our technology products. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-moving technology company, take ownership of operations, engage with clients, and help scale digital products from early adoption to growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
Operations & Execution:
  • Support the daily operations of SewTrack products
  • Coordinate onboarding and rollout activities
  • Act as a bridge between clients and the product/technology team
  • Track usage, issues, and operational performance

Business Development & Growth:
  • Identify and onboard new users and clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build and manage relationships with partners and institutions
  • Support growth initiatives and expansion activities

Client Management & Success:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing usage
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Manage feedback, issues, and escalations professionally

Product Feedback & Improvement:
  • Gather structured feedback from users
  • Identify adoption challenges and opportunities
  • Communicate insights to internal teams to support product improvement

Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of experience in, Operations, Business development, Client or account management, Technology-enabled services
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to explain digital products clearly
  • Self-driven and execution-focused
  • Strong Advantage: Based in Kano, Fluent in Hausa
  • Experience working with SMEs, startups, or digital products
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage or growth environment
