- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and ensuring processes run efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
- Support scheduling, logistics, and inventory management where required.
- Monitor operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Handle correspondence, data entry, and other administrative duties as assigned.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and tracking performance metrics.
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- Administrative skills
- Ability to work without supervision
- Must be skilled in Desktop Publishing
- Public Relation skills
- Publishing and the use of Microsoft Office
- Dynamic and Hardworking
