Job summary
The Operations and Hubs Manager Assistant supports the effective coordination, planning, and execution of daily operations across SGX Mobility hubs and swapping stations. The role provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure smooth service delivery, efficient hub performance, and alignment with SGX Mobility electric mobility and swapping station expansion objectives. The position is execution-focused and requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams including operations, logistics, engineering, customer support, and external stakeholders.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Operations & Service Delivery Support:
- Support the day-to-day operations of SGX Mobility hubs and swapping stations.
- Assist in monitoring service delivery performance to ensure uninterrupted electric mobility services.
- Coordinate routine operational activities and escalate issues to the Operations and Hubs Manager when required.
- Support implementation of operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Hub & Swapping Station Coordination:
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of hub and swapping station activities.
- Support site readiness activities, including logistics coordination, documentation, and internal approvals.
- Track operational issues at hubs and follow up with relevant teams for resolution.
Data, Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Collect, collate, and analyze operational data from hubs and swapping stations.
- Maintain basic dashboards and reports on hub performance, usage, downtime, and operational KPIs.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing timely and accurate operational reports.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams such as engineering, logistics, IT, and customer support to ensure seamless operations.
- Support communication between hub teams and management.
- Assist in coordinating external stakeholders such as vendors, technicians, and service partners.
Administrative & Documentation Support:
- Assist with the preparation of operational documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support documentation for site assessments, permits, approvals, and operational records.
- Maintain organized records of hub operations, schedules, and compliance documents.
Client & Rider Support (as applicable):
- Support onboarding activities for riders or partners at hubs.
- Assist in coordinating basic training or information sessions related to hub usage and services.
- Escalate client or rider operational issues appropriately.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance:
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving hub efficiency and service quality.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about operational best practices and company policies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Hub operational uptime and issue resolution turnaround time
- Accuracy and timeliness of operational reports
- Compliance with SOPs and operational guidelines
- Effectiveness of coordination across internal teams
- Support contribution to hub performance improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in operations, logistics, facilities, or hub/site management support roles
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, operational environment
