Operations Analyst
Job summary
To assist the Operations team in analyzing the business performance and outcome data and to advise the organization on how to become more profitable through reduced costs, increased revenues, and/or improved efficiency.

- Monitoring store operations remotely and physically
- Working with other departments (Buying and Merchandizing, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance) to identify process improvement opportunities, propose modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting on the team’s KPIs and metrics.
- Developing and maintaining databases and data systems—reorganizing data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Assist the Operations manager in carrying out operational activities and tasks
- Assist the Operations manager in upholding Brand and company standards across stores
- Ensure that operational activities are executed within the allotted budget and timelines.
- Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities.
- Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
- Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
- Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development, and performance assessment are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss operational updates, ideas, and issues.
- Ensure complaints are handled and resolved accurately and quickly.
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
- Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction
- Assigning numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
- Analysing local, national, and global trends that impact both the organization and the industry
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
- Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.

- Degree
