Job summary
We are seeking to hire an Operational manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal use of staff, materials, and equipment.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure performance.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, including performance updates and improvement opportunities.
- Conduct data-driven assessments to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Staff Management & Leadership:
- Supervise, mentor, and support team members to maximize performance.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills.
- Manage workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
Process Improvement:
- Evaluate current processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Implement best practices and adopt new technologies to optimize operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC.
- No experience/ Less than one year of previous experience in a similar role.
