Job summary
Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role provides strategic leadership to operational teams, coordinates resources across departments, and implements processes that enhance workflow.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across all GeoInfoTech services: drones, GIS & remote sensing, land surveying, IT services, and web development.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
- Coordinate and supervise teams, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and deadlines are met.
- Monitor and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
- Collaborate with other departments (sales, business development, IT, and project teams) to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
- Analyze operational performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and risk management for operational initiatives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization and automation.
- Serve as a key point of contact for operational issues, escalations, and decision-making.
- Support strategic business goals by aligning operational activities with company objectives.
Requirements:
- Qualifications – Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- A master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma, MBA) is an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, and operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
- Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency with operational software, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience in technology-driven industries such as GIS, drones, IT services, web development, or surveying is an advantage.
- Ability to work across multiple locations and coordinate cross-functional teams.
