Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Airbnb properties, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Manage guest inquiries and bookings, providing timely and informative responses to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate check-ins and check-outs, including key exchanges and property inspections.
- Handle and resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure properties are cleaned, stocked, and maintained to high standards.
- Monitor and adjust property listings, including pricing, availability, and descriptions to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses, income, and inventory.
- Collaborate with property owners to establish and maintain positive relationships, providing regular updates on property performance and addressing any concerns.
- Stay up-to-date with local regulations and Airbnb policies to ensure compliance and mitigate any risks.
- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and implement streamlined processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in property management would be advantageous, preferably within the Airbnb or short-term rental industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with guests, property owners, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate guest inquiries, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with property management software and platforms (e.g., Airbnb, channel managers).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing property listings, reservations, and financial records.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle guest issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Previous experience in remote work or virtual team collaboration is advantageous.
