Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise daily logistics operations
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of cargo
- Liaise with clients, agents, and transport partners
- Prepare operational reports and shipment documentation
- Resolve operational and delivery issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with logistics processes and company procedures
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in the logistics industry
- Good understanding of cargo movement and shipment operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
Remuneration: NGN100,000 – 120,000 Monthly + Commission
Work Mode: Hybrid
