Job summary
Edimot Auto Dealership seeks an Operations Manager/Marketing Manager to oversee staff, handle procurement, maintain the facility and cars, manage social media posts, and follow up with customers to close sales.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency and accountability among team members.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of the manager, security, cleaning, and repair center staff.
- Handle all procurement needs for supplies, materials, and equipment for the facility and vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment for both the office and cars on display.
- Manage the dealership’s social media platforms (posting available cars, promotions, and updates).
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales and enhance client satisfaction.
- Ensure quality control on vehicle presentation and after-care services.
- Report regularly to the Managing Director on operations, staff performance, and sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in operations, marketing, or dealership management.
- Strong leadership, organization, and people management skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make sound operational decisions.
- Practical knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Integrity, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
