Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new customers (calls, visits, digital outreach)
- Present and demo products, tailor solutions, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales
- Meet recurring targets, update CRM, prepare quotes/orders, and coordinate delivery/support
- Follow up post-sale, resolve issues, and identify upsell or referral opportunities
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s (business/marketing) preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience (or strong track record); FMCG/food background a plus
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
- CRM/sales-software proficiency; basic data/reporting ability
- Customer-focused, honest, reliable, and flexible schedule
- Driver’s licence for field roles
