Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for an Online Sales Representative at Philmoore Stoore. The Online Sales Representative will engage with customers via digital channels (such as social media, like WhatsApp and Instagram) to promote the retail services, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into sales. The role also involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery, addressing customer concerns, and gathering feedback to improve offerings. The Online Sales Representative will contribute to sales campaigns, support digital marketing initiatives, and help meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated online sales or customer-facing experience, preferably within the retail industry and FMCG environment.
- Strong digital communication skills, including professional email writing, online chat handling, and social media interaction.
- Proficiency with basic office and sales tools (e.g., spreadsheets and CRM systems)
- Solid customer service mindset, with the ability to listen actively, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
- Good negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work on-site in Lagos State, Nigeria, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian logistics or courier landscape is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving digital tools and sales processes.
