Job summary
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and proactive Online Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing online customer interactions, responding to inquiries promptly, and driving sales through our social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and sales inquiries across all social media platforms.
- Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and online requests.
- Convert inquiries into sales and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Learn and understand the company's products and operational processes thoroughly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND qualification.
- Previous experience in online sales, customer service, or social media management is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good typing and phone communication skills.
- Must be social media savvy and comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Must be reliable, responsive, and customer-oriented.
- Applicants residing in or around the following areas will be strongly preferred: Ajao Estate, Isolo, Osolo, Oshodi, Mafoluku, Ejigbo, Ikotun, Mushin, and Oke Afa.
