You will handle daily tasks, manage business systems, and keep their team and clients running smoothly, so that the founder can stop working in the business and focus on being the CEO their business needs them to be. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the priorities, calendar, and operational workflow of a founder or CEO to keep the business running efficiently
- Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and team accountability are maintained
- Identify bottlenecks in business operations and implement scalable systems and processes to resolve them
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort across the business
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the founder
- Track key performance indicators and operational metrics, providing regular updates and reports to leadership
- Create, update, and ensure consistent adoption of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the team
- Serve as a connector across departments, ensuring all moving parts are aligned toward business goals
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities without waiting to be directed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, business management, or a similar role, preferably in a remote or online business environment
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or entrepreneurs
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Zapier AI to improve workflows and business efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent a founder professionally in any setting
- Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Solid understanding of how online businesses operate, including digital marketing, service delivery, and team coordination
- Availability and flexibility to work US business hours across EST, CST, MST, and PST time zones
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience working with or within businesses outside of Nigeria
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Loom, Zoom, Trello, HubSpot, or similar
- Online Business Manager (OBM) or Operations Manager certification or equivalent professional training
- Background in virtual assistance or executive operations support
Remuneration: $ 300 - 500 Monthly
