Job Summary
As an Early Learning Tutor, you will teach fun, structured one-on-one online lessons to children ages 3–9. You’ll follow a fixed daily schedule and use proven programs such as Lively Letters and Touch Math to build skills in reading, phonics and basic math. Training is provided.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging, structured one-on-one online lessons following CTH Learning’s curriculum and daily schedule.
- Use positive reinforcement strategies — no punishment, no negative feedback.
- Maintain professionalism at all times (appearance, tone, and online presence).
- Complete daily lesson tracking and periodic student progress assessments.
- Participate in staff training and monthly performance reviews.
- Maintain stable internet, clear audio/video and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with CTH Learning administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree (education-related field preferred, but not required).
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience teaching or tutoring young children online or in person
- Reliable high-speed internet and a laptop, desktop, or capable mobile device.
- Ability to follow structured lesson plans consistently.
- Positive, patient and child-centered teaching style.
Remuneration: NGN 1,500/hour (₦60,000 weekly, 40 hours/week guaranteed)
