Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Instructing students in Igbo grammar (Utasụsụ), literature (Agụmagụ), and central Igbo conventions (Igbo Izugbe).
- Fostering an appreciation for Igbo customs (Omenala), proverbs, folklore, and traditional values.
- Equipping students with the linguistic and analytical skills required for terminal regional examinations.
- Utilizing dynamic methods like storytelling, poetry (Abụ), drama, and songs to make language acquisition vibrant.
- Designing tests, grading assignments, and providing constructive feedback to track language fluency.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
