Job summary
The Offshore FPSO Life Extension Engineer will assess and develop strategies to safely extend the operating life of FPSO facilities. The role focuses on asset integrity, aging management, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and execution of life extension programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement FPSO life extension strategies for hull, topsides, mooring, turret, and marine systems.
- Lead assessments of aging facilities, fitness-for-service, and remaining useful life.
- Coordinate structural integrity, corrosion, fatigue, reliability, and inspection studies.
- Develop repair, replacement, and refurbishment plans for life extension.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and classification society requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, inspection, marine, project, and HSE teams.
- Provide technical recommendations on continued operation and asset life extension.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, Marine, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in FPSO operations, asset integrity, offshore facilities engineering, or brownfield projects.
- Strong knowledge of FPSO design, operations, and lifecycle management.
- Proven experience in asset integrity, aging assessment, corrosion, fatigue, and reliability engineering.
- Knowledge of DNV, ABS, API, ISO, IMO, or other relevant offshore standards.
- Strong technical leadership, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
