Job Title: Offline Distribution Marketer
Location: Oregun, Ikeja
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₦700,000 Monthly Net
Role Overview
The Offline Distribution Marketer owns the execution, measurement, and optimization of all offline customer acquisition and distribution activities across consumer and corporate channels. The role is responsible for driving physical market presence, generating qualified offline demand, expanding distribution opportunities, and ensuring every offline engagement is captured, measured, and converted into actionable business intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline customer acquisition initiatives across retail, market, mall, and community-based channels.
- Drive brand visibility through activations, point-of-sale campaigns, retail partnerships, and physical distribution opportunities.
- Identify and develop strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, corporate buyers, procurement teams, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and industry engagements to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Capture, qualify, tag, and route all offline-generated leads within the CRM platform to ensure full attribution and pipeline visibility.
- Track and report on lead generation, conversion performance, customer acquisition costs, and channel effectiveness.
- Produce regular performance reports highlighting lead quality, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and channel effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Field Marketing, Trade Marketing, Offline Distribution, Route-to-Market, Brand Activation, or Business Development.
- Proven experience driving customer acquisition through offline channels.
- Strong understanding of Lagos' retail, trade, distribution, and corporate ecosystem.
- Experience managing activations, events, trade partnerships, and offline demand-generation initiatives.
- Comfortable working extensively in the field and engaging directly with customers, retailers, partners, and corporate decision-makers.
