We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Support / Secretary to join our client’s team and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support to management and staff.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) and ensure documents are organized and accessible.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Greet visitors and ensure a professional front-office environment.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/NCE/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in office administration or a secretarial role.
- Experience with office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
