The role is for a front desk who handles the smooth running and maintenance of the office while attending to client's enquiry

Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director appointments and schedule
- Attending to walk-in or existing Client's enquiries
- Ensuring a clean and corporate environment
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff.
- Receiving and welcoming visitors and clients.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
- Preparing, typing, formatting, and photocopying documents.
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Ordering and monitoring office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting with data entry and updating company databases.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience
- A minimum of OND in any related field
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Organization and time management
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email)
