Job summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and computer-literate Office Staff to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, possess excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be willing to carry out assigned responsibilities efficiently.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and office support tasks.
  • Receive, respond to, and follow up on emails professionally using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain office records, documents, and files.
  • Enter and update data accurately using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments when required.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
  • Support other departments with administrative duties as needed.
  • Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Carry out other duties assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.


Location: SAHCO Complex, Cargo Terminal, Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos State.


Remuneration: NGN 120,000


Work Mode: Full-Time | Onsite.
