Office Staff
Job summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and computer-literate Office Staff to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, possess excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be willing to carry out assigned responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative and office support tasks.
- Receive, respond to, and follow up on emails professionally using Microsoft Outlook.
- Prepare, update, and maintain office records, documents, and files.
- Enter and update data accurately using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist with preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments when required.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Support other departments with administrative duties as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
- Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Location: SAHCO Complex, Cargo Terminal, Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMIA), Ikeja, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
Work Mode: Full-Time | Onsite.
