Job summary
The Secretary will provide administrative and clerical support to management, ensure smooth office operations, maintain company records, and serve as a point of contact for clients, suppliers, and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Prepare, type, and maintain reports, documents, and meeting minutes.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems and company records.
- Receive and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Assist in preparing official documents, invoices, and business correspondence.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
