We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our organization.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise administrative and support staff, including receptionists, drivers, cleaners, and office assistants.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and administrative costs.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
  • Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
  • Support onboarding and administrative needs of new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in office administration, office management, or operations management.
  • Proven experience supervising administrative or support staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with budget management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Strong understanding of office management procedures and administrative systems.
