We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise administrative and support staff, including receptionists, drivers, cleaners, and office assistants.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Coordinate procurement activities and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor office budgets, expenses, and administrative costs.
- Organize meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and operational improvements.
- Support onboarding and administrative needs of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in office administration, office management, or operations management.
- Proven experience supervising administrative or support staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with budget management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and administrative systems.
