Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, including memos, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Support office events and meetings by arranging logistics and catering.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
- Help keep the office clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- This position is open preferably to a male candidate
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration from any accredited college or university.
