As an Office assistant, you provide administrative support, including answering calls, managing correspondence, and organizing office supplies. Assists in operations, contributing to a tidy, efficient workspace. Supports colleagues and fosters effective communication within the office environment.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare and maintain office documents, including memos, spreadsheets, and reports.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Support office events and meetings by arranging logistics and catering.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
  • Help keep the office clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assist colleagues with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.



Requirements:

  • This position is open preferably to a male candidate
  • OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration from any accredited college or university.
