Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread official documents, letters, and reports
  • Draft and design business proposals for projects and clients
  • Create professional presentations and visual materials using PowerPoint and Canva
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital office files/records
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and basic office administrative tasks
  • Assist management with data entry and documentation as required
  • Support in preparing meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up reports
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an HND in any relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an office assistant, administrative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Canva for design and presentation purposes
  • Strong document formatting and proposal-writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
