Job summary
We are seeking a smart, organized, reliable, and proactive Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company. The successful candidate will play a key role to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while providing administrative support and assisting with routine office errands

Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
- Prepare, photocopy, scan, print, and file documents as required.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, parcels, and deliveries.
- Welcome visitors professionally and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and setting up meeting rooms.
- Ensure all office spaces, workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and common areas are kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Clean office furniture, equipment, windows, and other designated areas regularly.
- Monitor cleanliness standards and promptly report any maintenance issues.
- Support the preparation and cleanliness of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Monitor office consumables and supplies, including stationery, cleaning materials, toiletries, and refreshments.
- Restock office items as needed to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and notify the lead when supplies are running low.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing newly purchased office supplies.
- Run official errands, including bank transactions, courier deliveries, document submissions, and purchases of office supplies.
- Assist in transporting documents and materials between company locations and external partners where required.
- Support staff with logistics and other operational activities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an SSCE (additional qualifications are an advantage).
- 1–2 years of experience in an office support and cleaning role.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Physically fit and able to carry out cleaning and office support duties.
- Honest, dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
