Office Administrator
Job summary
We are looking for a highly organized and trustworthy Office Administrator to manage the daily operations of our sales business. The ideal candidate will handle sales records, inventory, and general administrative duties.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of drinks/products, track incoming supplies, and alert management when restock is needed.
- Sales Recording: Accurately record daily sales, issue receipts (if applicable), and reconcile cash/POS transactions at the end of the day.
- Customer Service: Attend to walk-in customers professionally and assist with inquiries.
- Office upkeep: Ensure the office/store environment is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Reporting: Submit a brief daily or weekly report of sales and expenses to the business owner.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, sales, or shop management role is a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word for record-keeping.
- Must live in Abule Egba, Lagos, or its immediate environs.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, honesty, and good communication skills.
- Residency Requirement: Candidates MUST reside within or very close to Puposola, Abule Egba, Lagos.
- Applications from distant locations will not be considered due to the nature of the shift and commute.

- Renumeration: NGN 70,000 – NGN 75,000 per month (Firm).
