Job summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Odoo ERP Trainer to deliver high-quality training programs to clients and internal teams on the Odoo ERP system. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver hands-on training across key Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Inventory, CRM, HR, Purchase, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Conduct workshops tailored to clients' business processes.
- Adapt training to different user levels, from beginners to advanced users.
- Support ERP implementation and user adoption.
- Develop practical training materials tailored to Nigerian businesses.
- Create structured user guides, manuals, training presentations, and video tutorials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience working with Odoo ERP.
- Experience in ERP implementation or consulting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of key Odoo functional modules.
- An understanding of Nigerian tax and accounting practices is an added advantage.
- Odoo certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of business processes.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- ERP implementation experience is an added advantage.
