Odoo ERP Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business and operational requirements from departments.
  
• Configure, manage, and maintain Odoo ERP modules and workflows.
  
• Lead ERP implementation, testing, deployment, and delivery processes.
  
• Customize Odoo applications and reports based on organizational needs.
  
• Support data migration, validation, and system integration activities.
  
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical or functional issues.
  
• Provide user training and ongoing support to staff.
  
• Create and maintain ERP documentation, processes, and user guides.
  
• Collaborate with developers, vendors, and stakeholders to improve system functionality.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within the ERP environment.
  
• Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP administration and implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes such as Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR, and Procurement.
  
• Experience with Odoo customization and module configuration.
  
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Python, and ERP integrations is an advantage.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Odoo certification is an added advantage.
  
• Experience in business process analysis and ERP project management.
  
• Excellent documentation and user support skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
